1. Factors which affect the property of elasticity of a solid are :-

i.) Presence of Impurities.

ii.) Change of temperature.

iii.) Effect of hammering , rolling and annealing.

Elastic Fatigue : The temporary loss of elastic properties because of the action of repeated alternating deforming force is called elastic fatigue.
